Shipping policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY
Super Key Publishing currently sells ebooks and other digital products. Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, no physical item will be shipped or delivered by mail.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
After payment is successfully confirmed, the digital product is normally made available automatically through a download link. The link may appear on the order-confirmation page, in an email sent to the address provided at checkout, or in the customer’s account.
Digital delivery generally occurs within a few minutes. Security reviews, payment-processing delays, an incorrect email address, or temporary technical problems may delay access.
SHIPPING CHARGES
There are no shipping or handling charges for digital products. Any applicable taxes are calculated or displayed at checkout as required.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR DOWNLOAD
If the download does not arrive within one hour after payment confirmation:
• Check your spam, junk, promotions, and other filtered email folders.
• Confirm that you are checking the email address used at checkout.
• Review the order-confirmation page or your customer account for a download link.
• Contact us at publisher@superkeypublishing.com or (405) 237-8316.
When contacting us, please include your name, order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a short description of the problem. We will make a reasonable effort to resend the link, restore access, or provide a working replacement file.
DELIVERY AREA
Digital products are available only where offered through our active Shopify markets and where their sale is permitted by law. Availability will be shown during checkout.
FUTURE PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If Super Key Publishing begins selling physical products, the applicable product page and an updated Shipping Policy will provide shipping charges, processing times, carriers, delivery estimates, and any geographic restrictions before purchase.
